Tiklpak: NT GenDrums 2 for Noatikl Mixtikl

This collection of 25 Noatikl templates (listed below) for Noatikl Desktop lets you experiment with a range of drum beats and patterns. The templates were created by the legendary Timothy Didymus, and are available from our store. These are a great way to get started with a new piece or "ideas" session.

Do check out some example recordings (in list, below) that Timothy Didymus made of the templates. These recordings also include pad overlays which are not part of the collection.

Please note that this Tiklpak includes only Noatikl files which generate MIDI information, and does not include drum or other sounds or samples. Use of the Tiklpak is subject to its End User Licence Agreement.


Once installed, from Noatikl simply:

  • Select File > New and then choose the template you want from your list of installed templates, or;
  • Add elements of a template to another piece by creating a new piece based on that template (File > New > Template), then selecting a voice (e.g. TEST) then selecting Edit > Copy Voice TEST. Then select your piece and select Edit > Paste Voice. You have now pasted the template voice into your piece!

Noatikl Use this Tiklpak in Noatikl 2 for Desktop

This Tiklpak is included in Noatikl 2 for Desktop (Standalone and Audio Plugins) and does not need unlocking. Requires Noatikl 2 or later.

Mixtikl Use this Tiklpak in Mixtikl for Mobile / Desktop

This Tiklpak is included in Mixtikl for iPhone / iPad / iPod touch / Desktop and does not need unlocking. Requires Mixtikl 3.0 or later.
